DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Sep 13 Depart Canada. We fly transatlantic on our overnight flight to Europe. Meals and audio/visual entertainment on board. (Flight costs yet to be determined.)
Sep 14 Arrival Nairobi Arrival in Europe and connecting flight to Nairobi, Kenya. Upon arrival in Nairobi, we will be met by MyEscapades.com representative and transferred to Sarova Panafric Hotel or similar. Ready for bedtime!
Sep 15 Nairobi (B,L) Following a sumptuous breakfast, we visit Daphne Sheldrick Animal Orphanage. Lunch today is at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. During the afternoon we will visit Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Centre. Overnight at Sarova Panafric Hotel or similar.
Sep 16 & 17 Ol Pejeta Game Sanctuary (B, L, D) Early morning departure for Ol Pejeta Game Sanctuary, driving through the agricultural lands of central Kenya. We will arrive in time for lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp for the next 2 days. We will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the sanctuary as well as a walking safari. We will also have the opportunity of visiting Chimpanzee during their feeding time. All meals and 2 overnights at Sweetwaters Tented Camp or similar.
Sep 18 Lake Nakuru National Park (B, L, D) We depart for Lake Nakuru National Park briefly stopping at the Thomson falls, and at the Equator (zero degrees Latitude) to take pictures, thereafter proceeding through the scenic floor of the Great Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch at Lion Hill Lodge. Late afternoon game drives in the park. Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Sep 19 & 20 Masai Mara Game Reserve (B, L, D) Depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve to arrive in time for lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. We spend 2 days enjoying unlimited game drives in the reserve. The Masai Mara is undoubtedly the best Game Reserve in all of Kenya where you will see the big five, different varieties of bird species and one of the best savannah vegetation in the world. All meals and 2 overnights at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

Sep 21 Lake Victoria (B, L, D) Depart with picnic lunches for Isibania Border, a common border of Kenya and Tanzania, where we clear customs and immigration formalities, change to Tanzania vehicles and new drivers. Proceed to Serenity on the Lake for dinner and overnight.
Sept 22 & 23 Serengeti National Park (B, L, D) Following breakfast, we depart for Serengeti to arrive in time for lunch. Best known for the annual migration of Wildebeest (over 2 million of them crossing between Kenya and Tanzania) the Serengeti is Africa’s grandest stage for wildlife viewing. All meals and 2 overnights at Serengeti Sopa Lodge or similar
Sep 24 & 25 Ngorongoro Crater (B, L, D) Depart for Ngorongoro Crater to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon is at leisure enjoying facilities of the lodge. The next day, equipped with picnic lunches, we descend into the crater for a full day of explorations. All meals and 2 overnights at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or similar.
Sep 26 Depart Arusha Park (B, L) After an early breakfast, depart in time to for lunch in Arusha. After lunch, you will be transferred to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flight home or to rest and relax in Zanzibar.

Sep 26 Arrive Zanzibar (D) upon arrival, we will be met and transferred to our hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Breezes Beach Resort & Spa, (Deluxe Room) for 3 nights or similar
