It’s a delicious, long-standing tradition, and this year we weren’t short on ideas.

For the first time ever, we have five Montana Long Tables set up for the summer. Each event is designed to show off the culinary skills of incredibly talented chefs from all over the country. Not only is the cuisine spectacular, but you’ll also get to sit down to dine with a whole assortment of interesting people and purveyors. There are refreshing beverages, lawn games, first-rate live music and, of course, all the scenic wonders of western Montana.

We can’t think of a better way to enjoy the warmer weather and the later-than-usual picturesque sunsets.

This yearly long table has a tendency to go on and on, much like the Blackfoot River itself. It’s a guest-favorite evening featuring Chef Brooke Williamson, and her menu is a one-of-a-kind, one-night-only extravaganza. When you take a seat alongside Williamson, you’ll have a chance to talk about farm-to-table cuisine, as well as her latest Paws Up adventures.
